For more than 15 years, I’ve been behind the scenes of youth sports helping organize teams, coordinate events, plan team meals, and raise money to support athletes and their families. Like many team moms, I quickly realized how much work goes into making a season run smoothly — and how often the same parents end up carrying the load.
Over the years, I’ve helped teams raise more than $100,000 through sponsorships, fundraising strategies, and better planning systems. Not by running endless fundraisers, but by creating simple, repeatable approaches that bring local businesses alongside the team and take some of the financial pressure off families.
Along the way, other team moms started asking how we were doing it — how we were securing sponsors, organizing volunteers, and making the season easier to manage behind the scenes. That’s what inspired me to start Totally Team Mom.
I love playing with old film cameras! It's a hobby of mine.
